What we collect
From you. The request form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number and business name, and records your consent choice. Calls and messages add whatever you decide to tell us about the business and its funding needs.
Automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and operation. Analytics or marketing tools run only if you allow them in the cookie banner.
The form is provided by a third party
The request form is embedded from LeadConnector (the GoHighLevel platform), which receives and stores what you enter on our behalf and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.
How we use information
- to respond to your request and discuss which funding structure fits;
- to place the request before lending partners for their assessment;
- to reach you by phone, email or text, limited to your consent and the SMS Terms;
- to run, protect and improve this website;
- to meet legal obligations.
Who receives information
Lending partners. A request cannot be worked on without passing its details to partners offering the relevant structure. Partners assess the request under their own privacy policies and may get in touch with you themselves.
Service providers. Hosting, the form platform, and phone and messaging services process information for us.
Cookies and your choices
A consent banner appears the first time you visit. Cookies the site needs to work are always set; analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your agreement. The cookie settings link in the footer lets you change your choice at any time.
Text messages

Security
We use safeguards suited to a small business, but no system is completely secure. Please keep Social Security numbers, account numbers and bank statements out of ordinary email and text messages.

- Text messages: a STOP reply ends them.

- Your details: request a copy, a correction or deletion.

The site serves business owners looking for commercial funding. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly gather details from anyone under 18.
